Vivek Ramadevan has close to 20 years' experience in entertainment industry, in the areas of talent management, casting, content and marketing of movies. He brings a breadth of knowledge that comes from working in the trenches, alongside talent, crew, studios, production houses and the whole works.
With an MBA in Marketing from PSG College of Technology Coimbatore and with deep insight in Brand Management and Marketing Strategy in the Entertainment Industry, Vivek founded and crafted Catalyst to what it is today.
Vivek was one of the first to introduce the concept of professional management of actors and casting in South Indian Cinema. Later in 2012, Catalyst ventured into content and film marketing through SECOND SHOW, the launch film of Dulquer Salmaan.
Working with over 100 celebrities over the years, Catalyst has been a part of over 300 movies.
Over the years, Catalyst has been part of branding, marketing and media management of movies and worked with eminent production houses including AOPL Entertainment (Carnival group), E4 Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Prithviraj Productions, Hombale Films, Kavya Film Company amongst others.
There are still many miles to go but with each step, we wish to expand our skills and services and grow by helping our partners (celebrities, talent, film-makers and investors) grow.
